About the Founder
With a foundation in engineering and over nine years of combined experience across construction, manufacturing, and real estate development, J.M. brings a unique, execution-driven perspective to every project. After more than seven years managing complex tooling and industrial construction programs for a major U.S. automaker, J.M. transitioned into real estate development—applying the same precision, planning rigor, and systems thinking to housing and neighborhood revitalization.
Since entering the real estate space, she has led full-scale single-family home rehabilitations with a focus on value-add design, modern systems integration, and long-term livability. With two years of dedicated development experience and a deep commitment to community impact, J.M. understands how to transform underutilized properties into meaningful, high-performing assets.
